The hotel's location was central, in Flora restaurant. I took an a double room with bathroom and a nice view and an iron. The staff there were excellent and very amiable.

I recently stayed at the Mercure hotel in Jakarta and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was just a short 5-minute walk away from one of the Embassies. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were nice, with the added bonus of complimentary hand sanitizer. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious options. There was also a coffee shop downstairs that served great snacks, meals, and coffee. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that the room was always clean and tidy. the stay at Mercure was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Nice design of interiors in a double room. Exceptionally nice, supper friendly staff, ideal location right by the fancy nice areas of Mega Kuningan or Senopati and Kuningan.

I had a fantastic stay here at this venue. The staff always had a smile on their face and were willing to help with anything I needed. The room was lovely and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I could have asked for. Plus, the spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxation after a long day.

This hotel had a central position in Flora restaurant. The rooms were modern and outstanding with an iron and bathroom and a nice view, that's all we needed.

My stay was really really nice for business trip. It was in the central location in Flora restaurant. Apart from that, an educational indoor theme park was 15 minutes away by driving. The room was great-sized and new-fashioned in general, in lower floors. Had a shower, bath sheets, and slippers in the bathroom.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a nice view and bathroom, for example was not a problem. The location is great and ideal and the staff is exceptionally nice.
